The hotel was perfect, with exceptionally good views of the lake. the units were nicely furnished. the staff were really kind and nice people from the door man to the manager. the location was great for exploring the area, near El Cairo.

A safe, a mini bar, and an iron were perfect. The hotel location was stunning to the Valley of Whales. This place was perfect fit for our needs, totally recommend👌

I was pleased with the very good service at Helnan Auberge Fayoum. the staff were fabulously friendly and offered free wake up service and ironing. the location is great, especially if you are bringing children. the interior design of the hotel is excellent.

The breakfast is sensational with nice varieties and meat. It is perfect and clean for a Moroccan bath. the setting is marvelous, adjacent to the restaurant and all Fayoum attractions.
